Michael Keogh was appointed independent Chair of the Drogheda Implementation Board by the Department of Justice in July 2021.
Michael is a former senior official in the Department of Education who is originally from Drogheda. Michael drove significant projects and implemented change in the education sector in his almost 20 years in the Department of Education. He also worked in the Revenue Commissioners, the Department of Social Protection and the Central Statistics Office.
Gráinne Berrill took up the role of Implementation Board Coordinator in December 2021.
Gráinne has considerable experience in the community sector, having managed Louth Volunteer Centre for almost 6 years, led the Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann volunteer programme in Drogheda in 2018 and 2019 and coordinated WALK PEER Programme in Louth prior to that.
Ben Twibill joined the Drogheda Implementation Board as Administrator in 2024.
Ben graduated from DkIT with a BA (Hons) in Arts, where he studied English and Politics, alongside Digital Humanities training.
